The mankind can be segmented in four groups:

1. The ones that don’t know, but don’t know they don’t know.
    Those are stupid, leave them alone.

2. The ones that don’t know, but know that they don’t know.
    Those are the people who are silent. Try to learn and teach them.

3. The ones that know, but don’t know that they know.
    Those are asleep, wake them up.

4. The ones that know, and know that they know.
    Those are the bright, smart people, try to follow them .
